The plot consists of 2300m2 with electric automatic gate.  There is  a large childrens  playground (with a mini soccer field, slide and swings) ideal for a a splendid vacation with kids. The playground  is fenced and separated from the pool. Entrance to the pool suitable for children and people in wheelchairs - there are no steps. The beach is in only at 5km  distance and  the small, quiet  and tipical Spanish town of Favara to which it belongs in aprox. 1,5km. Fiestas in Favara from 7.8. to 14.8.

In only 6km distance is the modern city Cullera , with its spectacular  large beaches and very nice sea promenade where one can find all sorts of sports activities. Cullera offers a large range of cultural programs and is at the border of the well known "Albufeira". Long  and never ending beaches are reaching until Gandia, where there is a Casino, lovely tipical fishing port and a container harbour. In aprox. 7km is the beach of Tavernes de la Valldigna with a natural lake, in between the beach El Estagny. The area offers train connection in Gandia (20km) and Valencia (50km) and exit from the motorway A-7 in Favara.
